Return Policy
This Refund Policy governs the terms and conditions for the return and refund of perfume glass decanters purchased through the Shopify platform from Mon Senteur. By engaging in any transaction with the Vendor, the purchaser agrees to abide by the terms outlined herein.
1. Refund Eligibility: The Vendor maintains a policy of non-returnability for Products, save for instances where a Product is demonstrably damaged upon receipt by the Customer. Under such circumstances, the following conditions apply:
a. Damaged Products: In the event that a Customer receives a Product in a damaged condition, the Vendor will entertain requests for refunds, subject to compliance with the procedures outlined herein. To initiate a refund request, the Customer must notify the Vendor of the damage within two (2) business days of the Product's receipt. Notification must be accompanied by clear photographic evidence showcasing the extent of damage sustained by the Product.
2. Refund Procedure: Upon receipt of a refund request meeting the aforementioned criteria, the Vendor shall undertake a prompt evaluation of the reported damage. If the Vendor determines, in its sole discretion, that the damage is consistent with the representations provided by the Customer, the Vendor reserves the right to initiate a refund to the Customer's original method of payment. Refunds shall be processed within a reasonable timeframe, as determined by the Vendor.
3. Non-Returnable Products: Customers are hereby notified that, absent verifiable damage as described in Section 1 above, Products are deemed non-returnable. The Vendor explicitly disclaims any obligation to issue refunds for reasons other than those expressly specified in this Policy.
4. Limitation of Liability: The Vendor shall not be held liable for any defects, deficiencies, or discrepancies pertaining to the Products, save for instances of damage as outlined herein. Customers acknowledge and agree that the Vendor's liability is strictly limited to the issuance of refunds in accordance with the terms of this Policy.
5. Amendment and Termination: The Vendor reserves the unilateral right to amend or terminate this Policy at any time, without prior notice to Customers. Any such amendments or terminations shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Vendor's website or Platform.
6. Governing Law: This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Vendor operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
